ABOUT THE FILM

A Chicago Police Detective played by Tony DeGuide is being investigated by the department's Internal affairs division for misconduct, following his confession of ghost sightings and his alleged police brutality.

Agent Milligan played by Joe Estevez (Martin Sheen's brother) and Agent Anderson played by Nick Kanari are on a mission to suspend or fire the thought to be corrupt cop. Albert Graves, (the ghost) played Robert Z'dar (Maniac Cop, Tango and cash) is haunting O'Hara into avenging his family's misfortunes by tracking down his daughters alleged killer, Lester Jiggs, played by the King of bad guys William Smith (Conan the Barbarian, The Outsiders).

After a string of alleged violent interrogations, O'Hara is appointed a police psychologist played by Tane McClure (Reese Witherspoons mother in Legally Blonde) who discovers he has a severe drinking problem and may be delusional.

A local news reporter played by Playboy magazine's playmate of the year 2003, Christina Santiago gets a hold of the story and exposes it on air. The Captain of the police department, played by Ron Dean (The Fugitive, Cocktail) try's to help Detective O'Hara through the crisis, before it's too late.

Also appearing in the film is famous Scream Queen Linnea Quigley, famous film mobsters Clem Casserta and Frank Pietrangolare both who appeared in Bronx Tale and Analyze This. Fred Williamson (Starsky and Hutch, From Dusk til Dawn ) stars as one of the Federal Agent's the other played by Daniel Zacapa (The Mexican, Tequila Sunrise) and the States attorney is played by Nick Celozzi (The Lost Angel, Hidden Obsession).
